About Paul Knopick

Paul KnopickPaul Knopick is principal and founder of E & E COMMUNICATIONS. He has 25 years experience managing sophisticated media and investor relations programs. He has been a key member of senior management teams that successfully handled significant investor and public relations crises at three multi-billion dollar corporations and for the tobacco industry.

Knopick implemented an IR program for ICN Pharmaceuticals leading to the largest corporate victory in a proxy fight in New York Stock Exchange history. A media relations program he directed for CMS Energy, Michigan, achieved prominent news coverage in major worldwide publications, helping to reverse the negative image of the nation’s fourth largest utility and increase its stock price fivefold.

Knopick launched a concerted media effort for FHP International, a major managed health care company, making it a significant “player” in health care media stories and on Wall Street.

Knopick put the City of Hope Cancer Center research on the front page of The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and on every major electronic newscast.

Knopick also created the first national publication for the tobacco industry, a keystone of a visible, effective public relations campaign.

An award-winning reporter and editor, Knopick earned his Master’s Degree in Journalism from Penn State University.
